1 pack per unit (currently undergoing updates) Units 1, 2, 3, 4, 5, 15 are completed.
The average lesson length is 12 minutes. Show What You Know answers are not given in the videos. In each unit there is also a study guide with practice questions to use before giving the unit test.
The show what you know questions are printed on to the notes pages, or on the Q-card you give your students if working in interactive notebooks.
The idea is that students answer these questions after you teach them the chemistry content. They may answer them individually or with a partner. When finished, you give them the answers and students self assess.
Students mark these up themselves. They hold on to the questions and the answers. This is study materials they can refer back to.
The Quick Practice is a separate worksheet. You would give this sheet to students for additional practice with the content learned.
This is easily collected and is able to be graded. It can serve as homework, classwork or a quiz. Because students have the Show What You Know questions in their notes, there is no rush to get these papers graded and back to students to use as study material.
